A moving drama portraying many Iraqi women living in a war torn country.

A portrait of the Extraordinary (and ordinary) lives of a cross-section of Iraqi women: a sexy painter, a radical Communist, doctors, exiles, wives and lovers. This work delves into the many conflicting aspects of what it means to be a women surviving on the front lines of a war zone. A timely meditation on the ancient, the modern and the feminine in a country overshadowed by hostility.

Written by Heather Raffo, this production is produced by the Unicorn Theatre.
