NEXT WEEK'S HOMESTAND STARTS WITH MEN'S GAME AGAINST WILLIAM JEWELL MONDAY
PARKVILLE, MO--Next week, December 3-8, the Park University men's and women's basketball teams will host five home contests, beginning with Monday night's matchup against William Jewell College on the men's side.  Since 1992, head coach Claude English's first year at Park, the Pirates are just 3-9 against Larry Holley's Cardinals.  On November 13, Jewell pulled away from Park, 77-69.  Expect Monday night's game to feature well-played, well-coached basketball; in the past twelve contests between these two programs, seven of them ended with fewer than ten points separating the two teams.  The Jewell-Park game tips off at 7:00 p.m. Monday in the Breckon Sports Center.  Peru State College, Oklahoma Christian University and McKendree College will also visit Parkville next week.  See the schedules on this page for complete dates and times.
