#7 CARDINALS TAKE OUT PARK, RUN WIN STREAK TO THIRTEENChuck Reed drives and dishes against William Jewell College.
PARKVILLE, MO--Park University (4-10) sparked to an early lead in Friday's battle for Northland bragging rights, but the #7 William Jewell College Cardinals (13-2) had the final word, after senior Pierre Jallow's free throw put them up 9-8 at the 14:24 mark in the first half.  William Jewell led for the rest of the game to defeat Park, 81-64, and complete a rare head-to-head sweep for the season versus Park.  It was the first on-campus home loss to the Cardinals for 12th year head coach Claude English; in English' tenure, Larry Holley's squad defeated Park twice previously at neutral sites considered home games for Park.  William Jewell leads the series 10-6 over the last twelve years.
