Application Procedures

1. To obtain a Nursing Program Application Packet for the following August class, please contact the Nursing Program office at:

2.  The Nursing Program Application Season

• Begins January 1 thru April 15
• Application Packets are only available during the Application Season
• Application Packets distribution begins February 15

3. Applicants

• Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Missouri
• Currently enrolled in a PN program with graduation date prior to the next starting date of program
• If you are a Practical Nurse licensed in another state, you will be required to submit a Missouri Temporary PN License two (2) weeks prior to the beginning of the August class in order to remain an accepted applicant.

4. Park University's Online Application for Admission

Before completing the below Online application to Park University you must call the Nursing Program office to obtain the required nursing code number.  If you inadvertently apply, this application fee is non refundable, so please call ahead.
