Psychology Major
Psychology is both a science and an applied profession. Psychology is
a broad discipline that deals with behavior and mental process.
Career opportunities work in counseling, personal, business, industry,
research and development, advertising, college teaching, medical settings,
basic research, criminal justice, and government. For those students
interested in becoming licensed psychologists or professional researchers,
the major is designed to prepare them for possible graduate training.

Senior Examination
Students must pass a comprehensive examination in Psychology, with a pass percentage of 60 or higher in order to graduate. A student may take examination up to three times only, per semester.
Minor Requirements: 18 HOURS, 2.0 GPA
The Psychology minor consists of 18 credit hours which must include PS 101, SO 308, PS 315, and PS 404.
