**Pre-registered students must CONFIRM (pay/make arrangement to pay) for their classes by this date. After the last day to confirm, students must contact their Campus Center to register and MUST pay at time of enrollment.

Campus Center is the location of campus or school where a student will be taking a particular course.

Semester/Term is a division of a school year, during which instruction is regularly provided. Park has the following semesters/terms: Fall, Fall I, Fall II, Spring, Spring I, Spring II and Summer. A semester has 2400 contact minutes or 45 hours.

Session indicates the term, year and campus a student is enrolled in. For example, S2T06 indicates that a student is enrolled in an online class in Spring II, 2006.

Section Code defines the location of the course. For example, HO is for Parkville Campus location and BL is for Fort Bliss. If there is more than one of the same course being offered at a single location, then you will have HOA, HOB, HOC, etc.

First Date of Classes is the first day of classes for a semester/term. Campus centers vary on their beginning dates.

Last Date of Classes is the last day of classes for a semester/term. This date marks the end of the exam week. One campus center may have a different date than another one.

Last Day to Confirm is the last day to register and pay or make financial arrangements with your campus center. The confirmation deadline is always the Monday before classes start; if a student fails to confirm by the close of the final confirmation deadline, s/he will be removed from his/her courses. It is possible to re-register on/before the Friday before classes start to avoid a late fee. A $50 late fee will apply for anyone registering or re-registering on or after the first day of each term.

First Date to Register is the first day that a student is allowed to register for classes through PirateNet or at a campus center.

Last Date to Register is the last day that a student is allowed to register for classes through PirateNet or at a campus center.

Last Date to Drop is the last date a student can drop a class.

Last Date to Withdraw is the last date to officially withdraw from a course in order to receive a ?W.? If a student does not officially withdraw by this time, a grade of "F" will be recorded.
