 Students majoring in interior design
at Park University combine the
common body of knowledge in
interior design with the intellectual
development found in Park’s liberal
arts education. Our sequence of
interior design studios, communications
and lecture courses provide
the practical content integral to
the profession. Park University
education, combined with work
experience, enables students to sit
for the NCIDQ examination and to
become registered interior designers.
Interior designs are created in
response to the building shell, and
acknowledge the physical location
and social context of projects. The
interior design process includes
research, analysis and integration in the creative process.
