New Business
1. Elect new secretary
- A motion was made to nominate Brittany Thornburg and Amanda Hernandez to serve as secretary.
- A majority of the members voted and elected Amanda Hernandez as secretary to replace Kristen Steiner.
2. Gift cards for active members
- Freshman – Jessica Goodman
- Sophomore – Brittany Thornburg
- Junior – None were present
- Substitute – Braden Lawson
- Senior – Amy Hollander
- Each active member won a $10 gift card to Wal-Mart
3. T-shirts
- Active members present voted on long sleeve shirts. T-shirts will be gray with Park University on the top “rocker” and Athletic Training and the pirate logo under the top rocker. Colors for the letters will be burgundy trimmed in gold.
Announcements
1. Bodies Revealed at Union Station
- Announced will go Wednesday March 26th at 11:30 pending SGA funding
- A show of hands was made to get an idea of who wants to attend the Bodies Revealed exhibit
- A final count will be taken at the March 5th PUSATA meeting
2. Due $15
- Final dues will be accepted on March 15th
3. Guest speaker on March 5th, 2008
- Dr. Noland will present the Female Athlete Triad
4. Next meeting Wednesday March 5, 2008 – 11:00 a.m.
