Q: How do I know if I am eligible to participate in the CCAF AU-ABC program with Park?

Open to any active duty Air Force personnel, Air Force Reserve or Air National Guard member who has an Associate’s degree from CCAF. Must be a new, degree seeking student at Park University or a student who was undecided or non-degree seeking, prior to January 2014.

Q: What are the current AU ABC degrees students can declare?

Bachelor of Public Administration in:

  1. Criminal Justice Emphasis
  2. Homeland Security Emphasis
  3. Public Service Emphasis

Bachelor of Science in:

  1. Geography
  2. Information Systems

Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies in:

  1. Human Resources
  2. International Business
  3. Organizational Communication
  4. Social Psychology

Q: Will the students be required to have their CCAF fully completed prior to applying for this program or will there be exceptions?

Students will not be admitted into the AU-ABC program until Park receives the official transcript from all schools used to complete their CCAF degree to include a CCAF transcript.

Q: How do I participate in the AU-ABC Program with CCAF and Park?

The student will declare for the program and submit their official CCAF and all college transcripts to the Registrar Office for review. Once it is determined criteria for admittance is met, the student will be accepted to the program.

Q: How much Transfer Credit will I get under the CCAF AU-ABC Program?

Students will receive 60 credit hours from CCAF to apply towards their AU-ABC degree program major at Park University.

Q: Do students need to finish the AU/ABC degree before they leave the military?

AU-ABC is only open to active duty Air Force personnel, Air Force Reserve and Air National Guard members. Student must start the program while on active duty. Students who started the program prior to separation or retirement may complete the program after leaving service.
