About Mountain Home

Mountain Home, Idaho is a small town located 40 miles southeast of Boise. This charming rural community has 15,000 residents, strong ties to the notable agriculture and military presence in the region, and a rich local culture. You can learn about the area history at the Mountain Home Historical Museum, stroll through magnificent gardens during the Annual Garden Tour, show your support on Air Force Appreciation day, and indulge in tasty treats during the Fall Harvest Festival.
