Copley Quad Student Housing Project

floor planA dynamic addition to the Park University Parkville Campus, the first phase of the Copley Quad student housing project is the first in a series of developments in accordance with the Park University Master Plan.

The new building will house 250 students in 4-person suites. A typical suite will include approximately 840 square feet of furnished living space. Each unit will be comprised of two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a shared living area with an efficiency kitchen.

The building will boast 2,500 square feet of common area space that will include a conference/classroom, staff offices, 24-hour reception desk, laundry facilities, recreational space, a full-service kitchen, computer labs and study rooms.

The new housing will also provide a greater level of access to the rest of the campus and meets all Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements, including an elevator and fully accessible rooms.

The location and design of the building will offer abundant views of the campus while reflecting the history of Copley Hall, the anchor of the new quad.

The location gives residential students quick and easy access to all of Park’s academic buildings, including the Thompson Student Center and its dining hall.

The building is designed to meet the needs of all types of residents and will house undergraduate students.

The building will be open for occupancy in August 2008. All full-time Parkville Campus daytime students are eligible for campus housing. Rates for the 08-09 academic year will be available January 2008.
