Development on Demand©

To accomplish a "one university" approach to faculty development, the Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning created a new faculty development vehicle, Development on Demand© specifically for Park University faculty at a distance.

Development on Demand© provides Park University Academic Directors with high quality presentations and resources on various teaching and learning topics that they or a faculty presenter can then facilitate in a workshop format with their Campus Center faculty.

Each Development on Demand© DVD contains:

• An audio-narrated presentation,
• Group activities and discussion questions,
• Presentation handouts,
• Printable .pdf files of relevant scholarly readings,
• A guide for facilitators,
• A template certificate of completion facilitators can provide for participants,
• A Development on Demand© participant evaluation to assist CETL in ensuring the relevance of our work.

The Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning will disseminate a Development on Demand© DVD each fall and spring semester.
