InSightThe Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning (CETL) is proud to publish InSight, the first peer-reviewed publication to be sponsored by Park University. InSight is a refereed journal published annually by CETL that features theoretical and empirically-based research articles, critical reflection pieces, case studies and classroom innovations relevant to teaching, learning and assessment. Unique from many discipline-based and teaching-oriented journals, InSight focuses each edition on a specific topic or theme relevant to current trends in higher education. InSight is available to highlight the work of faculty across the United States. Manuscripts are subject to a double-blind review by a panel of internal and external reviewers. Submissions are accepted on a rolling basis. To be considered for inclusion in Volume 4, submissions must be received by 4:00 p.m. on April 10, 2009 (CST). Submissions after this date will be considered for future journals. Realizing the distributed nature of our faculty body, we hope that InSight will provide a venue for faculty to exchange ideas and build community. As a refereed journal, articles published in InSight contribute to the professional expectation for faculty scholarship at Park University. We look forward to showcasing the work of faculty at Park University! Please direct any questions to cetl@park.edu.
