CS372 - Advanced Networking

Course Description: CS372 Advanced Networking: Prerequisites: CS365 and CS366 This course introduces Local Area Network (LAN) switching and wireless networking. Course topics include (but are not limited to): LAN and Virtual LAN (VLAN) design and switching, VLAN trunking protocol, Spanning Tree Protocol, Inter-VLAN routing, and wireless LAN communications. This course may include various hands-on networking projects. Cisco recommends four areas of study in preparing for the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) exam. This course includes the third area of study. 3:0:3 (From catalog 2012-2013)
