Course Description: EG390 Engineer Administration Decision-Making Models: Development of the formal problem solving process. Identification of the types of decisions made by engineer administrators. Development of techniques for lay-out and organization of the engineer project using milestone scheduling, Gantt chart, and CPM to determine resource requirements, equipment scheduling, and time estimates. Forecasting what is needed, where and when, and alternatives. Prerequisites: CO360, EC142 or consent of the instructor. 3:0:3 (From catalog 2012-2013)
