Course Description: HA 573 Quality Improvement and Outcomes Assessment in Health Care settings: The course will familiarize students with outcomes-based quality improvement methodologies. Focus will be on the techniques of measuring customer satisfaction, implementing quality management programs, and adherence to best practices and standards.
