The second concert in the Park University International Center for Music’s 2015-16 concert series season scheduled for Wednesday (Dec. 2) evening featuring the ICM’s award-winning faculty of Daniel Veis, Ben Sayevich and Lolita Lisovskaya-Sayevich, and the gifted ICM student artists, has been postponed and rescheduled for Saturday, Jan. 16, starting at 7:30 p.m. in Graham Tyler Memorial Chapel on the University’s Parkville Campus.
However, due to the late notice of the postponement, the ICM will present an alternative concert on Wednesday night, starting at 7:30 p.m. in the Chapel, featuring ICM students. Admission to the concert is free.
Downtown KC Campus Alert Regarding Classes and Finals
Due to a lack of heat and continual disruptions related to ongoing renovations at Commerce Tower (911 Main Street), the home of Park University’s Downtown Kansas City Campus Center, all Fall Semester/Fall II classes and finals scheduled for the Downtown Campus will be moved to the University’s Parkville Campus beginning Wednesday, Dec. 2.
Specific locations for the classes/finals moving to the Parkville Campus will be e-mailed on Monday, Nov. 30, as well as posted in MyPark and at www.park.edu.
The University’s Office of the President wants to provide students with conditions that are conducive to learning, and moving classes/finals to the Parkville Campus will help in this endeavor.
To reiterate — classes will be held as scheduled at the Downtown Campus on Monday, Nov. 30, and Tuesday, Dec. 1; beginning Wednesday, Dec. 2, classes and finals scheduled for the Downtown Campus will move to the Parkville Campus.
