James Madison Memorial Fellowship Foundation

In 1986, Congress established the James Madison Memorial Fellowship Foundation for the purpose of improving teaching about the United States Constitution in secondary schools. The Foundation is an independent agency of the Executive Branch of the federal government. Funding comes from Congress and generous contributions from individuals, foundations, and corporations.

Shear/Mellon Summer Undergraduate Fellowships in Early American History

Established in 1977, the Society for Historians of the Early American Republic (SHEAR) is an association of scholars dedicated to exploring the events and the meaning of United States history between 1776 and 1861.

Oleva Morrison Myers Endowed Scholarship for History Majors

This Scholarship honors Oleva Morrison Myers, a 1932 graduate of Park College. Students must be full-time junior or senior history majors in good academic standing and must be involved in student activities or student government. For more information, see Park University's scholarship guide.
