E & T 2012: Explorations and Transformations

E & T 2012: Explorations and Transformations is the result of a comprehensive strategic planning initiative that took place over an 18-month period and involved 128 stakeholders, including students, faculty, staff, alumni, trustees, and community leaders. The strategic plan was based on university-wide programmatic review, self-assessment and benchmarking, and included extensive environmental scanning. The strategic plan outlines specific steps in support its four major visions:

• Enhance the image and identify of Park University
• Ensure academic excellence
  
• Ensure excellence in student services
  
• Ensure that Park will function as one university

In addition, the E&T 2012 Review Committee, which includes 26 members representing students, faculty, staff, and alumni, was formed in 2004 and has recently completed the 2nd annual review and progress report.
