Responsible for all aspects of managing and leading the University Advancement Office and its related activities, including annual giving, charitable gift planning, capital campaigns, community and corporate giving, faculty and staff giving and other constituency developments

Serves both as the University's governmental liaison and key community representative

Ensures the quality of all data added or updated to Park's system

Responsible for corresponding with alumni; manages volunteers; organizes, manages and attends alumni events

Responsible for the identification and initial assessment of prospective donors

Responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the university advancement staff

Responsible for managing a variety of special projects as well as overseeing the general support operations of the University Advancement division

Cultivates, stewards and solicits gifts from corporations and foundations

Responsible for all the proposal writings and general advancement writing efforts to raise and report private, major gifts from corporations, foundations and other individuals

Helps design, implement and oversee major fundraising efforts

Responsible for identifying, informing, involving and serving all alumni of Park University, including traditional and nontraditional graduates

Responsible for managing the gift and pledge entry processes in Park's database

Responsible for the implementation of Park's annual fund and for coordinating alumni giving efforts.

Responsible for database support services including maintenance of donor/alumni records, prospect research, gift receipt and acknowledgement, donor relations and scholarship tracking and stewardship

Responsible for helping donors find a way to give to Park that matches their philanthropic goals
