Note
*Students may be eligible to substitute HA 521 (Special Topics: Independent Study in Healthcare Services) for one of the four courses listed above with the permission of the Executive Director of Healthcare Leadership Programs.

Completion of required coursework with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
An Application for Graduation is required before a completion statement is posted to the transcript. Students must return the completed form with the appropriate fee.
