Considering the focus on healthcare reform, rapid advances in pharmacology, technology and healthcare delivery practices, the leadership of healthcare organizations is a challenging and ever-changing task. Today’s healthcare organizations need administrators who can not only manage the current components of healthcare, but lead the healthcare sector in new directions. The Master of Healthcare Leadership (MHL) program offers students an exclusive opportunity to understand and master the organizational, legal, financial, political, and managerial elements of healthcare.
Park University’s Master of Healthcare Leadership program offers a unique curriculum that is designed specifically to fulfill your personal goals and career needs. The program is accredited by the North Central Commission / Higher Learning Council and is an Associate Member of the Association of University Programs in Health Administration (AUPHA).
Graduates of the MHL program will have a vast array of career opportunities open to them, including hospitals, long-term care systems, and healthcare consulting organizations, non-profit healthcare associations, public health administration, government healthcare agencies, and community health agencies.
