Park University Scholarship Opportunities
The University offers many scholarships, both general and for majors and/or minors in specific areas. Please check eligibility requirements carefully. If you are eligible do apply! Notice that most require reference letters. You need to request letters at least one month in advance from faculty who know you, preferably from your enrollment in one of their classes. Take care to approach faculty respectfully and in person to request a reference. Obtain their permission to submit their names as references at the time that you complete your application. Be an advocate on your own behalf, and monitor whether references are submitted. Always write a thank you note following the submission of references from faculty, or from any other individual.
