Summary of the Position: The Instructional Designer will assist and guide our Online Course Developers and Instructors in the design and presentation of content, learner support resources and delivery/assessment methodologies. The Instructional Designer will work with faculty who develop online instructor-led (synchronous) courses to utilize the flexibility offered by multimedia applications to target specific learning outcomes and audiences. The Instructional Designer will work in conjunction with the School for Online Learning’s Multimedia Developer Requirements: 1. Master’s degree in related field or combination of relevant education and experience 2. Comprehensive knowledge of course management systems (eCollege) and environments preferred. 3. Requirements are as follows: The majority of the tasks performed are detailed oriented and call for accuracy. Audit PDCC Student Accounts as part of an overall accounting team within the SAC. This is a fulltime, live-in position who will assist with and oversee the daily activities and operations of Residence Life including undergraduate Resident Assistant supervision; development, implementation, and assessment of a residential programming model; serving as a first-line crises responder; maintaining and building campus tour programs for potential students; assisting with administrative duties such as room assignment and selection; and other duties as assigned.

This person coordinates installation of new hardware/software programs to meet department’s needs. Must possess the ability to define pertinent informational requirements and operational enhancements; in depth knowledge and experience in writing SQL programs. Knowledge of Jenzabar/CX preferred. Public Safety OfficerThe Public Safety Department has a position available for a Public Safety Officer. Duties include actively promoting the program, enlisting and assigning adjunct faculty to teach in the program, organizing, administering, planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating the graduate public management area of concentration.
