Rohan Suppal
Born: Kolkata

Rohan describes his community:

Kolkata is located in eastern India on the banks of the Hoogly River. It has a metropolitan population of 14 million people.  This city is well known for its cultural and artistic heritage. Most people refer to it as the city of joy. Its beauty is enhanced by some famous landmarks and monuments such as Victoria Memorial, Sheheed Minar and the Howrah Bridge. Although the predominant population is Bangali,  this city houses people from different cultures.  Kolkata houses a lot of industrial buildings and colleges as well as government buildings.

Kolkata's neighborhoods have a strong sense of community. Each community has its own community club where people habitually indulge in add or leisurely chat, and the adda sessions are often a form of freestyle intellectual conversation.

My city also has a good night life. There are many famous clubs and hotels where people usually hang out on weekends. Again the are quite a number of family parks and museums. Kolkata also has a very good science museum.
