Azbilegt Chuluunbat
Born: Ulan-Bator

Azbilegt describes his hometown:

I was born and raised in the capital city. Sokhbaatar is the district that I am from. It is a very busy district. At all times you find people moving up and down the streets, children playing, some working and some are just minding their own business. As it has some of the government buildings, it is more developed than the other cities, lots of businesses like big shopping centers, museums and a monument. There are certain activities which bring the community together to have fun and allow people to showcase their talents. The most popular ones are Mongolian traditional wrestling and archery, horse racing and others.

July 11 is a day where most people in the community will participate in these activities by competing against each other, and whoever wins get to be honored by the president of the country. As some people participate some go and support the participants, it is such a huge event and very important to the people of my community. Besides that, most people are just working hard, some go to school and some just hang around the city. On a weekend you find people in the shopping malls, city parks, bars and clubs. I think that my community is one of those communities where you just feel at home even if you are a visitor.
