This course offers students a greater insight into enhancing listening and perceptive skills by attending concerts, preparing aural and written critiques, and observing applied lessons with faculty outside their primary instrument. 1:0:1

Music Management Workshop
Students will be exposed to the processes in advising, representing, and furthering careers of artists, focusing on the establishment of mutually beneficial working relationships with management. Topics include the mechanics of talent booking and contracting, union and government relations, fee/com mission structures, and contractual considerations. 1:0:1
