Darya Ivanova
Born at the 16th of July in 1985. Perm, Russia.
Education
1999 - Graduated The Music School in Perm (Russia) with Honors Certificate.
2000 - Graduated The Middle School in Perm (Russia) with Honors Certificate.
2004 - Graduated The Music College named after Rimsky-Korsakov in St.Petersburg (Russia) with Honors Certificate.
Since the year 2004, studies at the Hochschule Fur Musik in Wuerzburg (Germany) in the class of Prof. G.Zhislin and at the Rimsky-Korsakov Conservatory in St.Petersburg by Prof. P.Popov.
Awards
Darya Ivanova is an awardee of different Russian competitions. Here are some examples.
1998 - Diploma at the international competition "Symfonia" (Volgograd, Russia).
1999 - Awardee of the National Competition "The Magic Bow" (Perm, Russia).
1999 - 2001 - Becomes a winner of the international V.Spivakov Stipendium.
2001 - Special Award for the best performance of the modern piece at the Y.Heifetz Competition (St. Petersburg, Russia).
Since 2002 Darya is intensively working with chamber music and takes part in different chamber music ensembles.
2003 - Becomes anwardee at the national competition in St.Petersburg "Tradition and the Modern", as the 1st violin in the "Urbi et Orbi" String Quartet.
In the year 2003 Darya is invited to the National Youth Orchestra of the V.Spivakov Foundation as the principal in the first violins.
In 2004 plays in the "Camerata Frankonia" - Chamber Orchestra of Mr.G.Zhislin and becomes a member of a quartet in Wuerzburg (Germany).
Darya Ivanova has performed in different cities with different programs and different symphony orchestras.
At this moment D. Ivanova is the principal of the Muziek Hochschule Symfony Orchestra in Wuerzburg.
