Graduate Assistant: Priyata Shrestha
(816) 584-6580 Priyata Shrestha started working for the Office of Global Education and Study Abroad in Fall 2012. She works specifically with the different study abroad programs offered by the office. She is currently working on her Master’s degree in Healthcare Leadership Program at Park University. She received her BA with a concentration in Public Administration from Park University in December 2010. Priyata is originally from Nepal, but also lived in India for many years. As an undergraduate student, she represented Park University’s Park Model United Nations Club (PMUN), People to People International (PTPI), Park Model Organization of American States (PMOAS) and the Global Connection Program in Washington D.C and Chicago. She has also worked as an intern with the City Council Office of Kansas City, MO where she learned about the policies and procedures of the local government. She believes that the opportunity to live and study in different countries has been an eye-opening experience for her.
