Russian-American Academic Program
Program Description The Master of Arts in Communication and Leadership is a two-year program taught as a combination of on-site classes at FINEC and Park University and courses taught by Park University via distance learning technologies. The class types are divided as follows:

September 15, 2009 All courses must be confirmed and paid for by this date.
Admission Materials Application Form To access the application online please follow the link: https://www.park.edu/apply/apply.asp. Check that you are a U.S. student when completing the application – otherwise, the assessed application fee will increase. Admissions Essay An essay detailing why the applicant wishes to earn the Master of Arts in Leadership and Communication from Park University, as well as the applicant's career and professional aspirations. This essay must be entirely the work of the applicant and no more than 300 words in length. The essay should be submitted electronically to gradschool@park.edu. Application fee The applicaton is $50. This is 50% off the regular application fee for international students at Park University ($100). The preferred method of payment is by credit card online while submitting your application.
The second method of payment is to wire the money to: United Missouri Bank, Routing Number ABA 101000695 Account Number 9870073331 (Include your name and student ID number in the wire) If you choose to wire the money, you will need to send an e-mail with your name, student ID number and the wired amount to gradschool@park.edu.
Resume or CV Please submit a copy of your resume in addition to the application form.
Official Transcripts need to be sent directly to the Office of Graduate Admissions at Park University: Graduate School, Park University, 911 Main, Suite 900, Kansas City, MO, 65105. Transcripts must demonstrate a minimum cumulative 3.0 equivalent U.S. GPA. Certified English translations of the transcripts must be provided for transcripts that are not in English.

The Russian-American Academic Program is a unique university experience. It offers students from FINEC (St. Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance) the opportunity to simultaneously earn a Specialist Diploma in Linguistics from FINEC and an American Master of Arts in Communication and Leadership from Park University. The program is open to current FINEC students of linguistics, management and other fields, and communication professionals (specialists in corporate communication, marketing specialists, consultants and PR and advertising professionals).
