At the Office of International Education and Study Abroad, Alex is responsible for overseeing Park University’s international outreach programs and assisting with development of joint degree programs with Park University’s partner universities overseas. What fascinates Alex about working for the Office of International Education and Study Abroad is the exposure to business environment outside of the United States and working in the fast-paced milieu of the office. --------------------------------- University Resources |
Alexey Dorofeev is from Murmansk, Russia. He came to the United States in 2003 on a U.S. State Department fellowship. He studied at the College of Southern Idaho, Boise State University and Missouri State University, from where he graduated in December 2008 with a bachelor's degree in economics and political science. He is now a student of the Hauptmann School for Public Affairs pursuing his Masters in Public Administration. During his college career, Alex has been actively involved with People to People International, Model United Nations Club, student government and a debate team. Alex has donated over 800 hours of volunteer work serving as a facilitator for People to People Ambassador Programs for high school students at Diplomacy Summits in New York and Washington, D.C.
