Park University Selects EFL Associates to Lead Searches

Park University has retained EFL Associates Inc., an executive search firm based in Leawood, Kan., to conduct the search for both the University’s next president and the vice president for enrollment and student services.
Park University Board of Trustees Announce Interim President
Ann Mesle, chair of the Park University Board of Trustees, and her fellow trustees are pleased to announce the appointment of David Fowler as the interim president of Park University.
Fowler, a life-long Kansas City resident, is a well-known business leader with local and national prominence. He brings an extensive range of business acumen which includes proven leadership experience as a strategic business innovator.
Park’s next president must be a strategic thinker who not only has clear goals and objectives in mind, but also knows how to create a culture of productivity and accountability that drive results in a complex environment. He or she must have both financial/organizational acumen and a long-term vision for academic excellence. VP Enrollment and Student Success Search
Reporting directly to the President, the vice president for enrollment and student services will serve as a role model for Park’s core values and high performance culture. As a member of the University’s executive leadership team, the VPESS will be responsible for directing recruitment efforts, working closely with colleagues on overarching University policies and procedures, and representing Park nationally and internationally, focusing on enrollment and retention initiatives to propel Park’s growth and sustainability.
