Christopher A. Meseke, Ph.D., has been appointed as director of academic assessment at Park University. Meseke began his duties at Park on July 1.
Prior to coming to Park, Meseke spent eight years as a professor of neuroscience and assessment coordinator at Palmer College of Chiropractic, Port Orange, Fla. Additional professional experience includes positions as an assistant professor of neuroscience at Clarke College, Dubuque, Iowa, and assistant professor of neuroanatomy at Cleveland Chiropractic College, Kansas City, Mo.
In his position as Park’s director of academic assessment, Meseke will be responsible for the overall leadership of implementing the University’s Assessment Plan and supporting academic units as they integrate learning outcomes assessment into program plans.
Meseke earned his doctorate in physiology and Master of Science degree in veterinary medical science from Louisiana State University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in biology from Luther College (Iowa).
