Welcome to the BS in Management/CIS degree completion program from Park University!
Online courses are offered in 8-week
terms 5 times a year to help you achieve your educational goals in a
flexible and academically stimulating format.
Today, to be a successful manager one needs to understand how computers can be used to support the organization as a whole as well as for the individual worker. A Bachelor's degree in computer information systems specifically prepares the student in computer usage. At the same time, it enhances knowledge and tools of business management and organizational theory. It is both a theoretical and practical program which can prepare the student for careers in computer management, system applications and other computer related positions in business, government, and industry.
Program Competencies:
- Apply problem-solving and critical-thinking skills and use popular computer technologies in producing technology solutions.
- Communicate effectively, ethically, and professionally in a team environment.
- Identify appropriate information technologies for a given organizational context and explain how to incorporate such technologies into the given organizational context.
Requirements for Admission
To enter this computer information systems degree completion program, a
student must meet the following conditions:
- Earned high school diploma, GED or
equivalent
- a cumulative 2.0 GPA in
all previous college study

Students will need to complete at least 30
semester hours through Park University, with 12 hours in their major
in order to receive a degree from Park University.
A variety of credits may be transferred in from
the following sources:
- Transferred courses with a 'C' or above
grade from other regionally accredited colleges and universities
- CLEP/DANTES/ACE credits
- VLE - Validated Learning Experience
