terms 5 times a year to help you achieve your educational goals in a
flexible and academically stimulating format.
This online human resources management degree program focuses on the study of organizations and the use of personnel as a primary institutional resource. Emphasis is placed on a behavioral science/management approach in which the understanding of individual behavior and group processes is combined with the techniques of the management of personnel within an organization. This interdisciplinary approach draws from the fields of Management, Social Psychology, and Organizational Behavior to create skills in interpersonal and intergroup relations.
Requirements for Admission
To enter this human resources online degree completion program, a
student must meet the following conditions:
- Earned high school diploma, GED or
equivalent
- a cumulative 2.0 GPA in
all previous college study

Students will need to complete at least 30
semester hours through Park University, with 12 hours in their major
in order to receive a degree from Park University.
A variety of credits may be transferred in from
the following sources:
- Transferred courses with a 'C' or above
grade from other regionally accredited colleges and universities
- CLEP/DANTES/ACE credits
- VLE - Validated Learning Experience
