Online courses are offered in 8-week terms 5 times a year to help you achieve your educational goals in a flexible and academically stimulating format.
This online human resources management degree program focuses on the study of organizations and the use of personnel as a primary institutional resource. Emphasis is placed on a behavioral science/management approach in which the understanding of individual behavior and group processes is combined with the techniques of the management of personnel within an organization. This interdisciplinary approach draws from the fields of Management, Social Psychology, and Organizational Behavior to create skills in interpersonal and intergroup relations.

Students will need to complete at least 30 semester hours through Park University, with 15 hours in their majors in order to receive a degree from Park University.

A total of 120 credit hours are required for degree completion. Sixty-three (63) credits are in the major field distributed as follows:
