Culture of Engagement: Austin Campus Center

Civic Engagement Activities

• The Austin Campus Center participated in LifeWorks’ Project Holiday Help: a gift drive for youth in crisis;
• Initiated first annual “Austin Campus Volunteer Days” in 2006 in which we volunteer as a group for area opportunities including, TreeFolks tree planting, Zilker Park Annual Kite Festival, and Keep Austin Beautiful Annual Citywide Cleanup;
• Dr. Jolene Lampton has volunteered at Mt. Sinai Baptist Church to instruct on Finance Education.
