What’s unique about the Parkville Commercial Underground is its economy. Cost savings are available through the following:

  • Leasing rates lower than surface rates.
  • Areas can be individually built out for new tenants, in most cases within 60-90 days.
  • Floors, ceilings and infrastructure are already in place. Tenants incur only the cost of constructing interior walls, the extension of utilities and floor surfacing.
