Student Involvement

Psychology students at Park University have the opportunity to be involved in a variety of discipline-specific campus organizations, honor societies, conferences, and professional societies.

Campus Organizations

  • Psychology Club - The Psychology Club is an organized group of students who have common interests in the field and general study of clinical, behavioral, social, industrial/organizational and counseling areas to promote occupational self-growth.
  • Honors Program - The Honors Program allows students the opportunity to work independently on advanced research within a specific discipline. Recent honor's projects include: Perception of Infidelity in Computer-Mediated Relationships (Jana Hackathorn)

Honor Societies

  • Psi Chi - Psi Chi is the National Honor Society in Psychology. The goal of Psi Chi is to encourage and stimulate excellence in the science of psychology.
  • Alpha Chi - Alpha Chi is a general academic honor society designed to promote and reward academic excellence and exemplary character among college students.
