Student Limited Injury and Sickness Insurance

Do I need the Student Insurance?	If you are a nursing, athlete, residential or international student with F-1 status you must show proof of coverage or be enrolled in the student insurance program.
How much does student insurance cost?	$230 per semester (student only) $732.50 per semester (student & spouse) $732.50 per semester (student & children) $1041.50 per semester (student, spouse & children) Subject to change annually
How can I waive the school insurance?	You must file a student insurance waiver form with the SAC no later than the first 8 days of the semester. You can do this online at www.park.edu/sac. If you are under the F-1 status to submit a waiver you must show proof of repatriation coverage.
