How to Use PirateNET
- Obtain your student login and password from the SAC
(816-584-6800) or your Campus Center.
- Visti: https://piratenet.park.edu/ics/ and enter your student login (your ID #) and your password then click on OK.
- You will find all of your student information under the "ACADEMICS" tab
- Select the option you wish to view
- At the bottom of the web page are the Current Option Settings. PLEASE MAKE
SURE YOUR OPTIONS ARE SET CORRECTLY. Your session is located at the top of
this page. If you want to change the session or year click the set Options
button. Make the changes and click on the Submit Options button.
- Click once on any option - to view your Degree Audit, view your transcript,
view your personal information, view financial aid, view your schedule, or
view the course catalog for the specified session you initially chose.
- Any screen can be printed. It is recommended that you print your Degree
Audit before you see your adviser.
- After having seen your adviser and been given clearance to register, click
on REGISTRATION. Enter the course number (all capital letters, no spaces),
i.e. BA 352. In the section box, enter HO (All capital letters) or if there
is more than one section, HOA, HOB. If you do not know the course number or
section number, you can click on the appropriate ? box and a listing of all
the classes for your specified session will appear or if you know the prefix,
i.e. CS, then click on the ? Box and all the available CS courses for the
specified session and year will be listed. Click on the circle by the course
you want and click on SELECT.
- Click on ADD and the course will appear and state that is has been added.
If you have not met prerequisites or a class is full, the class will not be
added and you must go to the Registrar Office or see your adviser.
- Continue adding all your classes in the same manner. If you make a mistake
after adding class, click on the circle by the course number, then click on
the DROP button.
- If you do not have a REGISTRATION option on your screen that indicates that your adviser has not cleared you for registration. All students MUST see their adviser prior to attempting to register.
- When you have completed viewing your personal information, EXIT the browser
to insure the privacy and security of your personal information.

- The use of this process does NOT constitute automatic confirmation.
THE USE OF A STUDENT USER ID AND PASSWORD TO ACCESS THE COMPUTER SYSTEM IS
THE EQUIVALENT OF A LEGAL SIGNATURE AND CREATES THE SAME OBLIGATIONS FOR THE
STUDENT. THE STUDENT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL FUTURE REGISTRATIONS
BY ACCESSING THE COMPUTER WITH THE ASSIGNED ID #. ALL TRANSACTIONS ON THE COMPUTER
SYSTEM CONSTITUTES OFFICIAL RECORDS RECOGNIZED BY THE INSTITUTION. ALL APPEAL
DECISIONS RELATED TO POLICY OR PROCEDURES WILL BE BASED ON THE COMPUTER SYSTEM
TRANSACTION RECORDS.
