Alpha Chi is a national scholastic honorary society. Juniors and seniors in the top 10% of their classes are selected by the faculty each year on the basis of leadership, character, and service. Members have opportunities for special research, presentations, and travel, in addition to community service projects and other activities of the organization. A formal induction ceremony for Alpha Chi is held each spring.
