Vaccination Information
Vaccinations are very important to staying healthy. Some
private health insurance plans may cover vaccines, but many
do not. If you do have private health insurance through
your employer or your parents, check with your insurance
carrier for adult vaccine coverage. If your insurance does
cover vaccines for adults, you will need to go to a clinic
that accepts your insurance for the vaccines. If you do not
have health insurance or your insurance does not cover adult
vaccines, here is a list of clinics that can provide
vaccines and the prices. If you have Park University Health
Insurance (Bollinger Inc.), your plan does not
cover adult vaccines. If you are not sure what vaccines you
need, you should speak with your primary care provider or
the nurse practitioner in the Student Health Services.
