U.S. government’s website based upon the principles of consuming a healthy balanced diet. Website offers recommendation on proper amount of food group intake based upon individual’s profile.
Free membership website use to journal caloric, carbohydrate, protein, and fat intake. Common foods are listed along nutritional information on popular restaurant menu items and the ability to add personal food items into library.
Detailed nutritional breakdown of foods within the website’s library. Assists with reading nutritional labels. Provides comparison on nutritional value of each food item and its ability to provide satiety.

http://www.startwalkingnow.org/ Website used by "A walk around the Park" walking program website. Site enable user to track the distance traveled over time along with entry level diet and activity log abilities. Also provides resources on how to start a walking routine.
Gmaps pedometer is an interactivce website that enables the user to create walking/running paths using the gmap software. The program calculates mileage, approximate calories burned, and the ability to convert the courses to cycling format. Designed courses can be saved as bookmarks on the users computer.
U.S. government’s website for recommendations on exercise. Provides guidelines for national standard testing of fitness levels. Also has the ability to register the individual’s fitness test results for comparison to the national average and other register participants.
Website provides a large variety of exercises and exercise programs. Site also has useful scientific information pertaining rational for exercises and programs. Multiple assessment tools are also available.

Provides general calorie expenditure for physical activities. Site has the "Start" program to journal exercise progress and has the ability to map walking routes for exercise.
