Rich Roll at age 40 decided to change his life around by adopting a vegan lifestyle and exercising. He became the first vegan to finish the Ultraman (11th place) and was voted Men's Fitness magazine's "25 Fittest Guys in the World" in 2009.

Gmaps pedometer is an interactivce website that enables the user to create walking/running paths using the gmap software. The program calculates mileage, approximate calories burned, and the ability to convert the courses to cycling format. Designed courses can be saved as bookmarks on the users computer.
