Our commitment to our customer is to have emergency issues resolved in 48 hours and day to day issues resolved in 7 business days. Order timelines will vary due to shipping and vendors.

Process for new, change, repair or deletion of services

Please start by submitting a ticket to Trackit for all your telecommunication needs.

Information Center hours:

Monday - Friday
8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (central time zone)
After-hour and weekend calls are routed to Park University's Public Safety Department.

Telecommunications Office hours:

Monday - Friday
8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (central time zone)
