Park's Partnership With The Unicorn TheatrePark's partnership with Kansas City's Unicorn Theatre company provides students with opportunities to take courses from instructors with real-world theatrical experience and to work with practicing professional theatre artists. For more than 30 years the Unicorn has brought award-winning and cutting-edge plays and musicals to Kansas City audiences. The theatre often showcases talented new playwrights and local performers. The artistic staff at the Unicorn Theatre offers two courses each semester along with productionbased internships for Park students. These opportunities to work with actively involved artists create unique and rewarding experiences for theatre students at Park.
