At Park University, our Global Communications Certificate program is designed for those who wish to enter or advance their careers in communication, human resources, business, sales or marketing. This certificate program promotes a greater understanding of the connectivity of international communities and will prepare students to pursue careers or graduate studies in the arts and humanities.
As a student pursuing a Certificate in Global Communications, you’ll be required to take face-to-face classes at our Parkville, Missouri campus, at our downtown Kansas City campus and/or online. This certificate requires 12 to 18 completed credit hours, including three hours of degree-specific core curriculum courses. The Global Communications Certificate program will prepare students to develop a greater understanding of the challenges of cross-cultural communications, an appreciation of cultures and philosophies that underlie international communication styles, as well as a deeper awareness of the connectivity of international communities.
Students holding a certificate in global communications may go on to pursue careers in communication, human resources, business, sales and marketing, and may also apply this knowledge in other areas of arts and humanities, such English, fine arts and the social sciences.
