Pre-Engineering

In cooperation with the University of Missouri Kansas City, Park University has developed a 3+2 dual Bachelor’s of Science Degree program.

The 3+2 Dual Degree program may be completed over the period of 5 years.  Students will receive a Bachelor’s of Science degree in chemistry or mathematics from Park University and a Bachelor’s of Science in civil or mechanical engineering degree UMKC who is accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of ABETAEC.  The completed 3+2 program provides both the academic foundation and practical application needed to be successful in the field of engineering.

Locations & Learning Options

As a student in our Dual Degree program, you’ll be required to take face-to-face classes at our Parkville, Missouri campus. Students will spend the first 3 years at Park University taking foundational courses for their chosen B.S. degree prior to taking engineering courses in their final two years for their chosen degree at UMKC.
