Park University will host a high school mathematics contest on Wednesday, February 20, 2013.

About the Program
The mathematics program is part of Park University's College of Liberal Arts and Sciences.
The study of mathematics prepares students for graduate studies in mathematics,
work in related sciences, beginning actuarial work, economics, business, and teaching at the secondary level.
The Mathematical Association of America lists several careers in mathematics
and Duke University provides a list of reasons to major in mathematics.

Computer Science, Information Systems, and Mathematics Department
The Mathematics degree program is one of two degree programs within the Computer Science,
Information Systems, and Mathematics (CIM) Department. The department's other degree
