Thank you for your patience as Park University’s Information Technology Services staff, its technology partners and numerous other Park employees worked tirelessly throughout this process to address the technical outage. We are pleased to announce that significant progress has been made, and final testing is taking place today before MyPark and other systems are reactivated tomorrow or Wednesday.
Park staff will work diligently this week to assist students in enrolling for Spring/Spring I classes and fulfilling other students’ requests, including transcripts ordered for graduate programs, employers, and licensure/certification.
We will continue to post timely information for students online at https://www.park.edu/current-students/, including Spring/Spring I enrollment and contacts for various Park offices.

Park University’s Information Technology Services staff and its technology partners continue to work nonstop on solutions to restore its administrative systems related to the University’s nationwide system outage. Park staff will continue to provide updates as necessary when these systems, including MyPark, Citrix, eProcess and phones, are back up and running.
As a reminder, students will receive official notification of their final Fall Semester / Fall II Term grades directly from the Registrar’s Office. Students should watch their Park student e-mail account by Friday, December 18. Access your Park e-mail at https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/ using your IDnumber@park.edu e-mail address.

Park University continues to experience a nationwide system outage affecting its administrative systems. These systems include MyPark, Citrix, eProcess and phones.
Today, the University’s Microsoft Mail and academic e-mail services were restored. You should see your e-mails (both internal and external) now in your Park University mailbox, including those that had been delayed in delivery.

Online classes have not been affected. Continue to access Canvas at https://canvas.park.edu/. However, external library databases and subscription services continue to not be available.
